Pros and cons
Pros

- Multiple mystery box tiers ($5.99 / $9.99 / $19.99 / $29.99) let buyers choose their budget
- Subscription boxes include the Emo and Goth series for shoppers who want themed deliveries each month
- The store offers custom design services according to its product pages
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over $39.99, per the shipping policy
- Standard return window of 20 days, extended to 30 days during October 31 – December 15

Cons
- Mystery box purchases are random by design — shoppers cannot choose specific characters
- Processing time is 2–3 business days before shipping, so delivery takes longer than same-day dispatch stores
- Subscription boxes at $69.95/month are a recurring charge — the store's product pages list them as subscription items
- No published price comparison data is available for compare-at pricing on mystery tiers
PlushThis suits gift-givers and plushie collectors who enjoy the surprise element of mystery boxes and are comfortable not knowing the exact characters they'll receive. The $5.99 entry tier keeps the risk low for first-time buyers. Shoppers who want to choose a specific character or design may find the mystery format limiting. A verified discount code is available, which helps offset the cost at the subscription tier.
